Chef Petroni, winner of the 14th season of Food Network Star, grew up in an Italian family in the Bronx. Petroni, whose family hails from the Naples region in Italy, spent countless hours in the kitchen alongside his mother and grandmother learning how to make traditional Italian dishes. Chef Petroni brings new energy to our menu items featuring reimagined tastes and flavors while staying true to our authentic Italian roots!
